I was referring to obtaining a EB EOS visa. Not obtaining a WP. Now the documents required. From the last two months they have added the document of "Tax patent". What next will be needed for the visa extension? Maybe your bank book or blood".

Tax patent is for business owners applying for EB.

Tax patent is for business owners applying for EB.

It all makes sense.

I received my EG 6 mo EOS today, apparently EB 12 mo EOS is not (or no more) available at present (since April 1st 2018) to foreigners that are legal spouses of Khmer nationals.

Can you elaborate on this a bit please?

If true, it would be a slightly disappointing change in policy, that is unless there are plans for a 'spouse of Cambodian national' EOS to take the place of what had previously been granted under the EB EOS.

Anything on your radar about this PSD Kiwi?

I went to Lucky Lucky a few weeks ago and was told the same thing... EB based on marriage is no longer available. Ended up having to get a 6 month EG.

There are folks reporting they have changed their EB to EG. Without leaving country. Which is nice!
When that 6 months EG expired do you;
Have no problem just get another via agent? (doubtful) Or
Have to leave country, clock back in with Ordinary visa then get EG?
Do the the latter no choice option over and over again and continue getting this EG, or will there be a limit on how many you can have?
I think only time will tell!
