Visa

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. Visa

Post by christian.dc »

So im traveling to Cambo 15.01. and im wondering if someone could confirm something for me.
Im coming from Croatia as Croatian citizen and so far i found info that I dont need any paperworks for visa,I can just purchase tourist visa on airport upon my arrival.
Is that it? Do i need any additional documents aside my passport and ID to get tourist visa or should i have something prepared for it.

Bring a pen, passport sized photo and 30-35$ folding cash (obviously bring more unless you wanna fuck about trying to get money after you arrive lol)

I think you need to put down which guesthouse you're staying in so perhaps have that info handy. The form wasn't much info though. Had more issue getting through China to land in Cambodia

Rare you will get the visa application form on the plane. You’ll get the arrival form & customs form but have to fill in the visa app form at the airport, normally a man handing them out as you walk into the passport control hall.

As mentioned, you’ll need to write a hotel name. And bring a photo or you’ll pay extra ($5?}
