First off, where the hell is this? Looks like Thailand. Looks like Cambodia. Looks like Vietnam. I don't know. Date stamp says March 8, 2018.

Yeah, everything about it looks Thai, especially the Thai cops in skin-tight uniforms. Can't dig up anything on Google though.

Call me crazy but why were the cops carrying guns with half a dozen inmates around? Oh yeah, TiT.

Looks like they drive on the right hand side of the road in video, could be mistaken though.

Id say its definitely Thai,
the Black Police Uniforms is the biggest give away,
the blue plastic chairs in the waiting room look very thai
and the car is parked on the left hand side of the road facing in that direction

wuss cops, especially that cop left behind after the first suspect ran, the second suspect was in ankle chian somemore, that cop cld hv punch him, trip him or something, he was simply pushed aside LoL
