Ah, thanks for that, I've been looking around for the damn things too.

Same here. I've been amazed.

For baking pans we go to small khmer aluminum shops... they have loads of options.

To the OP: My wife runs an entire pastry business from one.
Where exactly in PP? Those shops that make countertops from stainless steel or the small shops that make mail boxes and other stuff out of galvanized steel? Do you have a specific place? The ones you have don't seem to be galvanized steel, but I don't know of any aluminium shops that do small pans.

As for Akira, I think it goes without saying that you should spend wisely. I would never buy an Akira TV or aircon. I even opted for a Panasonic when I bought a vacuum cleaner (and I'm a big cheapo! The Akira was much cheaper). Pence wise pound foolish type of deal.
The wife says you can get them in orrusey market.... no idea which stall. she'll be up there sunday so if you'd like a guide i'm sure it could be arranged.

Hey that would be cool. I'm going there today to have a quick look but if I don't find anything (don't feel like looking for 2 hours) then it would definitely be cool to meet up with her on Sunday.
