Unknown Foreigner Killed in Sihanoukville, Police Need Help

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. Look how these pigs placed his body on that "stretcher" with a lighter on his stomach.....unbelievable. They have no respect for death.

Didn't know tbe guy. I hope he'll be identified soon so he can be transported to his homecountry. I'd hate to think that the reason why he didn't have an ID on him was because someone looted his corpse or something like that. Some people just don't have any honour.

It's true that they have a different sort of attitude towards death. Have you ever been to a Khmer funeral? Death just doesn't seem to phase some of these people.

Robbing dead people is standard procedure here, esp. if you are a foreigner.

I almost never carry ID in the kingdom (and I don't want to talk about helmets). I guess the good news is that I'll be quickly identified when my picture pops up here.

I have a feeling he's a tourist, as expats would likely be identified faster.
