This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Well I think this is unjust. It's not fair they have body armor and what have you. The perp should have the same perks as the Brazilian street gangs do.

Just a bunch of cowards really.

I read recently that US police shot dead more people in March than the UK police did in the whole 20th century. Kind of says something, don't you think 'say_wat'?
Hmmm. Maybe thats because the cops in the UK don't carry guns.....
