he was 10 or 11 days overstayed when he was arrested,if he had been robbed it is understandable he had no money,maybe he should have gone to Kampong cham.

Yeah, those Kampong Cham cops rock. It's a weird world when the Cambodian cops are more helpful and sympathetic than your own compatriots at the embassy.
Lol, I can foresee a mass migration of the shoeless lost souls to Kampong Cham as word gets out.
