tuktuk app services, which is better?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

They are all still pretty much the same. I personally use 3, Grab, PassApp & iTsumo (rebranded as Taxi Phumi)

Grab + now has tuktuks/bike as well the car. Fixed price from when you order. Can integrate debit/credit card so no cash. Get points per ride and have a lot of promotions, (50% off currently)
Grab - is a huge multi-national company that takes a bigger cut of the drivers pay. Map pin is not always where you drop it. I only use when a promotion as I would rather use the more local companies

PassApp + perhaps the quickest to turn up no matter what time of the day/night, joint cheapest (with iTsumo)
PassApp - no reward system, only accepts cash, app is down more often than the others

iTsumo + joint cheapest with PassApp (except after 6pm when price goes up slightly, takes the smallest cut (so I have been informed), integrates with both wing and PiPay so can have cashless transactions, has a cashback system so you can get free rides after a while. Donate a small amount to Kantha Bopha from every ride
iTsumo - perhaps the longest waiting time of the 3, defaults to give a tip ( I would rather do this by cash just in case the company takes some of this)
