TRAPPED TEACHER

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

seems like your girl dodged quite the bullet, hopefully you'll continue to protect the fairer sex from yourself by continuing to self isolate with minecraft :beer3:

Are you able to provide some more info on this announcement from the MoE? I don't know very much Khmer yet. : (

Not to mention most of his ever posts are just off-topic posts about himself, often with some sort of "flex" included about how he's somehow superior. Definite socialization needed.
Do you think the parents of baby boomers whined so much when the boomers started changing society? And yet the whiney ones like to call young people "snowflakes." Hmm...

Imagine how insufferable a Western guy has to be for him to be paying a Cambodian woman for $500 a month and free room and board to be his girlfriend and after a few months of it she says "Nope, not worth it, I'm leaving."

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

No need to ban if people just ignore and don’t respond. But people bite so easily it’s hard for them I guess.

Eh. Times are slow and there's not much else to do. May as well entertain yourself toying with a troll.

I was working in Siem Reap teaching. I had been working there for several years. My two year old son passed away in August and I moved back to the village to bury him. I have not left him since. I used to commute to the city for work with a rental bike. We lived in this village for over 1 year when he was born.

Thanks to those who contributed to my inquiry. To the others... just sad.

I am in touch with the embassy now. Hoping they will help.

I don't think these schools are opening anytime soon.

Good luck to all of you.
