yes, and oddly, a couple of 500 mg ciprofloxacin will usually stop it in early stage.

Just to clarify for those who can't read that, let's break it down a bit.

ថ្នាំរលាកស្រោមខួរ
ថ្នាំ = thnam - medicine
រលាក = roleak - inflammation
ស្រោម = sraom - something that covers something; like a glove or sock (or condom)
ខួរ = brain
= an inflammation of the outer layer of the brain = Meningitis

ថ្នាំរលាកខួរក្បាល
ថ្នាំ = thnam - medicine
រលាក = roleak - inflammation
ខួរក្បាល = brain
= see below

I think the last post I made suggests that Japanese Encephalitis was the current vaccination campaign. End of.

Same translation I envisioned, the only problem was that there was no specified disease and the symptoms overlap. As it turns out you were correct UT; my kids had the vaccination last week.
