Does anywhere in town sell EllaONE or Plan B ONE STEP?

I tried asking the people at Pharmacie de la Gare on the phone and and in e-mail. No luck. Maybe someone who speaks Khmer can find out.

The morning after pill is available here, not sure which brands are available though, de la gare should have.

The answer is no and never will.

But I'll have to bring her along to de la Gare to check it out. I think the language barrier is preventing me from getting a straight answer from the people manning the store.

Even if you're fluent in khmer, the chances of getting a straight answer are still very slim to say the least.

Edit - on a more constructive note Plan B One Step contains Levonorgestrel that may inhibit ovulation up to 120hrs. If the girl has conceived you need to go along to a decent clinic that does terminations. Mifepristone and misoprostol can be administered up to around 49days to terminate the pregnancy. There's a good Gyno at Central Hospital.

Hmm ... Maybe loss of face for her to be involved?

I guess it can't be helped. I'll just need to take her there myself to find out. I was hoping someone had already gone down this road and had the answer.

Wait...are you actually back in Cambodia, and have finally met your girl (not to mention bussinanut in her)?

If you cannot find the morning after pill in a pharmacy (they are available as I already mentioned, personal experience ), then go to a clinic with a female doctor...last resort go to Dr Scott as he definitely stocks morning after pills.

Thanks for the info. We discussed all the options, she chose the morning after pill. (She wanted the official methods endorsed by the Roman Catholic Church as her first choice.) Doing some research, EllaONE seems to be the most effective morning after pill, hence the specific question. Dr. Scott would probably give her the look of shame, a female Khmer Doctor, even more so. (Last option.)
