Homemade COVID-19 vaccine
Re: Homemade COVID-19 vaccine
The Chinese tested their vaccine on their military troops about a month or so ago, over 100k people injected. Made the news. Quiet since. Guess that sums it up pretty well.Teddy1 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 9:37 amYikes, didnt the Chinese also give their Military troops the Chinese version of the vaccine.Doc67 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 8:48 am Russia has got the first fully approved vaccine. If they all dropped dead, do you think that would make the news too?Kammekor wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 9:44 amThe Chinese tested their vaccine on their military troops about a month or so ago, over 100k people injected. Yes don't listen to the trolls.Teddy1 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 7:07 amBasically, Explorer, keep healthy, boost yr immune system. Vit C, zinc, vit D. There are actually more effective treatments that the drug companies cannot make money from.
1. Citrus fruit. If people with this infection consume citrus fruit, it will result in a significant improvement in their immunity.
2. Eucalyptus oil. Eucalyptus oil vapor in the lungs, kills the infection.
These methods are very effective. Unless people have some pre-existing medical condition, they will get well using these methods.
These methods will always be 'unproven' according to drug companies, because they cannot make money from them. People who read this information often confuse unproven with ineffective.

Just to put things into context, the above link refers to a critically ill man developing sepsis. Not all patients with covid19 get sepsis so this is yet to be proven as an effective cure for those.orussey98 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 2:57 pmYes don't listen to the trolls.Teddy1 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 7:07 amBasically, Explorer, keep healthy, boost yr immune system. Indeed, from the link:
and,While the result seems promising for the seriously ill Melbourne patient, and the animal studies, experts said previous studies using large doses of vitamin C to treat sepsis have been mixed.
but also,A 2020 review of scientific evidence published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found high dose vitamin C given on its own or with steroids did not provide "significant survival benefit" for patients with sepsis or septic shock. The review found giving high dose Vitamin C "just in case" or "as a measure of last resort" could have negative consequences such as delaying proven therapies, such as prompt use of antibiotics.
So I think it's a case of more studies have to be done.Professor Bellomo said many of the previous trials used a lower dose of vitamin C than the researchers did in both the animal study and the Austin did in the COVID-19 patient.

Re: Homemade COVID-19 vaccine
Side note: there are *tons* of foods that have higher vitamin C content than citrus, it’s just that the orange marketing board spent a lot of money telling us that oranges are the one true way. Kind of ironic given explorer’s thesis that we’re being scammed for money.
