Coffee cups in hotels
Coffee cups in hotels
Will someone please tell hotels about coffee mugs for the breakfast buffet.
They provide teeny tiny little cups and you need at least four before you even start to feel human.
I’m only on my first, can you tell, ?
But seriously, tiny coffee cups, wtf!?!

You may have hit upon an idea for an NGO that Cambodia doesn't have yet.
Are you drinking coffee out of an espresso cup?
Good luck on your quest

My pet peeve in Asia.
Dont give me a demitasse cup that some postruing simp will drink with his pinky pointing to Aldebaran. I want a mug. You gonna make me drink 3-1? Gimme two packets and a mug.
Mug. LIke 12-16oz. With a handle you can put 4 fingers in. US WW2 surplus canteen cups are fine.

Sorry ,, I'm not in touch with the upmarket coffee culture but I thought most expats got their morning coffee kick out of a bottle.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Some of us may enjoy a breakfast buffet every so often.Duncan wrote:Sorry ,, I'm not in touch with the upmarket coffee culture but I thought most expats got their morning coffee kick out of a bottle.

Dude, its not coffee culture. Its coffee drinking.
Its that steaming giant 20oz cup that you fill from an urn boiling out in a gas station outside Winnepeg Manitoba at 4am in the middle of winter. And ya drink it black becasue the coffee oil floating on the top looks like diesel.
Its that giant Thermos full of whatever coffee you have that you can just suck on all day.
Coffee culture is some hipsters murmuring about how good their micro sipsipsiippy cup full of weasal coffee is. O yum, how profound.
Coffee drinking is brewing up a whole Thermos full of weasal coffee. Becasue coffee drinking demands volume!!!!!!! I travel with a coffee sock, a tablespoon, and a mug! Laugh at me forbringing that to the buffet as you just sippysip away.

I’ve never had a coffee mug in a hotel room. Always stupid little cups and saucers.
