12 May 2019, Sihanoukville.

According to Brigadier General So Far, the provincial police chiefs are cooperating with the relevant departments concerned to conduct a thorough search in order to capture and arrest a group of Chinese nationals who posted a threatening video on social media to provoke insecurity in Sihanoukville.

However, the chief of Sihanoukville police,Gen. Choun Narin, is not certain whether or not the Chinese who are shown in the video stayed or worked in Sihanouk province. Anti-Chinese videos have been posted previously on Sihanoukville Facebook pages.

Don't get too excited. Last time a bunch of so-called Sihanoukville Chinese bandits were posted like this on Cambodian social media it was some Chinese/Viet gangs posting from Vietnam. But rumours travel fast and anti-Chinese sentiment is growing in Sihanoukville.

I think there will be an uprising. Not against the government but towards them.

It will get bloody.
