This Marine Was The 'American Sniper' Of The Vietnam War

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Boy, some of you guys love to pontificate about things you have little to zero personal experience with.

As a highly decorated, career United States Marine of impeccable integrity..... I am simply taking him at his word.

Here he is discussing the incident in question.

Watch it and then consider whether or not you think he is a liar.

Besides taking a few cheap shots at me and some other posters on this forum what real life experience with snipping do you have? BTW, please follow in your hero's footsteps and don't take cheap shots; take damn good ones..
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Jesus Fucking Christ..........of course I don't have any sniping experience......I've already said.........multiple times..........I respect the man's history and service and......

I take him at his word. I suggest you watch the 1 minute video clip above.

And he's not a "hero" of mine. I hardly knew anything about him prior to watching the interview last week.

He is a war hero, career Marine, and as such I'll believe what he stated in the video above until it is proved to me that he is a liar. And I will definitely take his word over a bunch of navel gazing CEO'ers and their Mythbusters clips.

As far as cheap shots at you.........not quite....every shot at you was deserved and you had it coming.

Someone must have agreed seeing as you were perma-banned.

Oh, and good work learning how to quote.....I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. :thumb:
