Sorry, posted something somewhere else.

UT is looking into some plug-ins were using right now, and we'll be getting some professional help. Unlucky Burger upgraded the server, but much more is proving too time consuming for him.

No! it is not acceptable!! i pay no money for this service so i expect it to be working 100% 100% of the time!! if not then i will take my money and my self to nowhere else until they get the problem sorted!!
