Pieman...what pastry are you using for your bases and lids? Do you sell anywhere else apart from the hostess bars?

I consider myself a meat pie expert, being a Kiwi 'n all, pies are part of our daily 5...I would like to try your pies in order to write a review.

I'm not the baker but to my knowledge the base is short crust and the lids are flakey pastry.The contact no for the bakery are Rob 081897811 or Peter 086556165.
Bakery is closed till Monday 10am contact either then.As far as I know Sundance has these pies .

Charge the flower girls rent too, it's only fair.

A smart bar owner would have a bar food menu for the drinkers and than get a % or mark up on the food for allowing the customer to eat in his establishment.
What next,someone walking around selling peanuts,popcorn, cotton candy??

Asian bakery's still charge for sauce

is sauce, same as Gravy ( for us americans )
a good pie needs lots of gravy otherwise i find them to dry

If you would freeze them and deliver, i imagine you could build quite a substantantial client list

Ah, well if they're the same ones that Sundance sell then I won't bother because I've already tried them and they're a poor excuse for a meat pie in my opinion.
