The N word....

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Bit hypocritical as you just used the word you didn't want used.

Self censorship would have made your point more receivable.

I think we have freedom of speech on this site. But we have some sensitive people who like to call illegal aliens undocumented workers etc etc. Just say something thats not pc and what the sheep come out.

I wouldn't use it myself but I don't get all bent out of shape when someone does. That's their choice and if they want to come off like a bigoted asshole they can.

I also don't really see the big problem with the above usage. It was a joke. Jokes are made to say things people wouldn't necessarily say. They do this to get a reaction from people. Obviously it worked.

My point to you was if you are so against it why did you use it yourself even if it was quoting someone. You could have quite easily typed n**g**r or something to that effect.

There is an aboriginal family near Lightning Ridge called Oreilly.
They have marked aboriginal facial appearance, dark skin, red hair and freckles.

So badneighbor, you don't like words of racism yet you have no issue in degrading Muslims because of their beliefs.
