The N word....

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Tim Minchin nearly lost his career over this little number...

If you were there or watched the entire DVD the audience clearly struggles with this song - overly PC in my view.

Amazing how things have changed. Kids used to have golliwogs to play with (I do understand why some would be offended by this) and in Oz you could call the indigenous folk 'Blackfellers' and they did, and still do call whiteys 'Whitefellers'.

Not quite sure how anyone could be offended by that except for the prevailing PC, left wing, tree hugging, mung bean eating, dreadlocked, feminazi, hairy armpit, green thought police.

It is an interesting thing to see how the PC crowd have managed to promulgate their vision, similar to how the powers that be have managed to engage the population with soccer. Very few other than those of a European background gave a rats about soccer in Australia but then the likes of Lowy decided to change that and the population followed the pied piper. Sheeple.

Just saw this in a humour thread elsewhere:

"I'm proud to be Asian." Said the Asian.

"I'm proud to be black." Said the African.

"I'm proud to be white." Said the racist.
