I'm pretty sure they can leave to a country of their choosing as long as they have the correct visa requirements. However being put on a 3-year blacklist doesn't necessarily mean that they will not be stopped if they tried to come back into the country often passports are not checked through the system. It's a shame about the young woman involved. I would be happy to rehabilitate her.

No, they are going to be on remand until they are sentenced.
