well, lucky for me they don't bother me very often. And almost any bug juice will work then, even those sappy organohippy versions. I do eat a ton of garlic in local foods. I suspect the lemongrass in the food don't hurt either. I've read eating bananas attracts da skeeters.

sadly one cannot find cheap cigars very often. Damn impossible in Cambodia. OD take note, bring Parodi cigars back in yer shipment. I can't even bring enough for my usual personal supply as stupid Thai law for that tobacco monopoly makes anything more than a few weeks supply VERBOTEN and you will get a HUGE fine whackin.

I can only bring a limited number without facing some tax issues. Though they may be worth it, depending on the market for cigars. I'll look into it.

indonesia has fabulous and inexpensive small cigars

As does the Philippines. Best $1 cigars out there. If custom's duties are a problem, various online cigar sellers used to take my Cubanos out of the box, take off the bands, & invoice them as $1/stick PI cigars. Never lost a shipment to the States. Wouldn't help w/cheap sticks though.
