Is there a limit on how high or low someone's Karma can go? Hope not!Milord wrote:Early days still but when (if) his Karma gets to ... say -50, wouldn't it be fun to tie him to a rocket and shoot him to the heavens.Username Taken wrote:Are you kidding? After a fair and balanced impeachment of course. Or a less drastic sentence ... like a public flogging in the village square.
I am sooooo very sorry if you can't understand or appreciate my sarcastic facetiousness.

Hey, don't misunderstand me. The Chicken is great. He takes a bit of getting used to, but when you 'get' his stylye of humor he is pretty hilarious and manages to suck in quite a number of people. [Funnier than vlad actually. But, then, that wouldn't be so difficult].General Mackevili wrote:Ha! Note taken. I honestly hadn't noticed that, so thanks for pointing that out.Username Taken wrote: Are you kidding? Frying Chicken already has a Karma of negative 6.

Well with the papal approval given by Horace, we could be on to a winner here. Now I know the fire breathing one needs to work out the detail (its OK us coming up with wild and wacky ideas) but is he who has to make things work behind the scenes, so to speak.
I found a guide to such things as a basic tutorial on you tube. Now it is quite basic but might just help, in some small way.
Which makes me think, why not have a thumbs down icon, to compliment the thumbs up one. So, we, the quiet, little spoken ones, might display our disapproval (generally) in a non confrontational way to posts. This could then be done in a manner that is in keeping with the spirit of harmony and gentle critique, that is C E O

GM, Yes I totally agree we do have karma and great it is but a simple thumbs down icon would give an instant visual on a specific comment on a specific thread, it is just a thought to bounce off you guys but, while the karma feature is an excellent feature it doesn't have the open specific visual impact.General Mackevili wrote:We do have Karma, and you can give it take it away.EdinWigan wrote:

Points on your drivers licence (karma) but the officials flag in a football or rugby game, is something else, isn't it ?

Hopefully we wouldn't need a thumbs down symbol.

Oh, I get it now! You want to be able to put a "" right on their post instead of quoting them and saying, "this post is to say I don't like that post..."EdinWigan wrote:

I think i get it. I like the idea! The Dragon will have to see about it!
I know we also need to make sure we don't have too many buttons and widgets all over the place, but I like it!

I want a world peace and harmony button. And ponies, I want a pony button. Pizzas, unicorns, and reggae, buttons for those too.
