I've had an extremely busy day and we've put 2 other members on Mod Preview today already, we had to delete some posts regarding the issue you're talking about, and it by the time I actually got around to reviewing what the hell had exactly happened, everything looked much more civil, so I just decided that nothing further needed to be done.

That said, it does look like he directly outed someone with a link to a professional page, and that is not OK on CEO.

I don't believe Richard Phuket has ever been banned here, and I also think the original story was confusing at best and considering the source, I'm guessing everyone who first read it assumed it was a total windup like I did, so maybe it was unintentional, so he'll have 24 hours off. Even Khmer440 admin left most of it up, so I really don't know if it was intentional, as they even appeared ok with it still being posted.
