Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! Still enjoying that Bud?

Post by StroppyChops »

There are many references to local beers being pretty terrible. I wonder if any of it is made like this fake Budweiser...

The real shit is the worse beer ever made, years of lobbying the slimy politicians by the big breweries has left America in the dark ages when it comes to good beer.

That has changed and there is a beer renaissance going on, now if they can figure out there's more than IPAs when it comes to craft beer, seems to be more than 90% on the shelves.

If I could only get a good cider that doesn't have 32 grams of sugar per can

Far too many posts critical of the posters pov without backing up their criticisms.
I know the viets are famous for labeling counterfeit products which they obtain from Chinese manufacturers. Are you saying the people in the vid are in fact Chinese? Or what?

I hear they do a nice line of Scottish whiskey :?
Of course, we can be 100% sure that the honest importers would never trade such rubbish just to make a bit of cash. And discerning alcholic taste buds would definately know what's what. After all, a lot of them rate the Cambodian beers. :bad:

There's also a pretty healthy amount of manufacturing going on in Vietnam itself, some legit, some counterfeit. But as said above, the video is from mainland China.
