How does this gender gap thing work? Would a score of 1.0 mean there was no difference between male and female salaries?

When did Hitler take an IQ test? This guy takes a punt by association at 125, but there is no test data. So clearly they are pulling these numbers out of their arses.

I think it depends on what you call "access" to electricity. Do they mean access to a generator ?
