Do some members just read General Chatter?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Do some members just read General Chatter?

Or do most check out the other valuable forum areas, further down the list. Like 'Ask the Ex-pats' for example ?

Is steering/directing akin to bouncing?

What is the best thread you have discovered deep within the forum , that lays un-noticed by the masses?

I always click "View new posts". I rarely check out any individual section.

I often use Tapatalk, so see them all!

Most of the really good threads get some posts, but ones that i think are good but don't receive any posts sometimes are the informative ones by Milord. Some are a great read, but don't require a comment, so they drift down the list of threads very often.

When browsing, I always check the general chatter, ask the expat, newsworthy, Asinine Arena and maybe a few others.

I typically don't look in the classifieds, but that's because ink neither looking to buy or sell anything as of lately...

I like clicking on "Active Topics" the most.
The cedar roasted asparagus has good chew. I don't know how to enjoy it, so I'll Instagram it instead.

Same here... meaning if someone wanted to troll us this would likely be the best place to start... lol.

Although I have been accused of it myself, I really do not understand what 'Trolling' is

Is there one fucking Brit on here with a brain? Are they all drunken morons? Are they all old fat sexpats wearing wife-beaters and pant-sniffing around GSM? I think so!

THAT's trolling.

Or: My gf asked me for $1000 because her family's buffalo i sick. Should I give it to her? She works at a factory until 4am every night, but she says she is ashamed of working in a textile factory, she doesn't want me to drop off coffee for her at work...

I have been doing some pre-czar research and found out that, in actual fact that 'Vlad' is the ancient, pre- czar, Russian word (or phrase) for 'Pun'

This is further developed, although a letter has, through evolution, been omitted. This has resulted in the Russian man of Steel, now being called 'Putin'

This now means that Vlad is, an abbreviation of Man of Steel and the current Russian president is the 'Man's Man of Steel'

Obviously, this has lost a lot in translation but the important message is to respect Vlad, else you will experience his Roth.

'Vlad-a Mir' translated in to Lancastrian (Northern English, to you less fortunate ones) as the 'Warrior on the Lake'

Simlpz :)
