A motorbike accident in Sihanoukville last night; that's nothing new, but how did the reporter-photographer get to the scene while the accident victim was still lying there ? Do these guys drive around all night waiting for barangs to have an accident ? Just follow the ambulance to see what comes up ?

If that's the case, the photographer took four or five photos, so that's not bad for a night's work. But I'm not sure that HB pays that much for photos - he puts out a new "news" post about every 30mn, usually with photo(s), so that must add up.
