Shit, I live here and have clearly been walking around all these years with my eyes closed.

I very much doubt you have ever seen 'a scantly dressed girl that by rights couldn't have been any older than 16' being driven around on the back of a barang's motorbike.

I can only presume you are confusing 16-year-old Khmer girls with 20-somethings.
