Just wondering? What if 102 bars are being built to replace 102 bars , already existent on those beaches (Serendipity/ O cheuteul) ?

Richard is wrong about the Chinese tourists in Australia and NZ. About 50% of them rent cars and drive around, staying in caravan parks and going fishing like Australasians do. Many are not like the Japanese were and they are independent travellers, surprising but true in Australasia.

I am NOT taking about Australia or NZ < ( even if i quoted ur statement) of which i know nothing
am talking about Chinese which are in se asia and they are very different than those that travel to Oz or NZ i bet.

I don't know why people don't focus more on the Khmer, they drink a lot when out and are here all year round. Why aim for foreign tourists? You just need women to do the pouring and karaoke, one of my wife's friends runs a tiny karaoke bar and he's managed to save up enough to build two VIP suites out the back, despite his beer being dirt cheap and the food is brought in. He even has English songs, with those weird early 90s tourism videos.

yep considering the large amount of KTVs here in SHV theyre always busy!

Is the tycoon who is renting this still a mystery? My missus came home wankered yesterday after a rainy afternoon having met the guy. No surprise it's KM'S family, his brother. Only 2k a month rent, too
