Thanks Jamie.

That's a bloomin' useful diagram. :beer3:

Mind you, when i was there it was before any path ever existed...unless i never noticed?? :?

Which leads me to think that:

1. Originally a path never existed.
2. A path was made.
3. They decided later to move the bars and tables/chairs behind the path??

i think that path has existed for at least the past 5 seasons, i cant vouch for longer than that
yeah, i quite like the idea that theres now 2 paths going along the beach,
could be quite possible to go for a stroll down that part of the beach at night and not be practically inside the beach bars full of backpackers and ladyboys

Nope, that path has been there since the dawn of time. Even well before Chuck stumbled upon Serendipity.
(Take a good look at that path. You can see caveman drawings on it.*)

yeah i uploaded some photos showing that the bars that have now been moved back have a new path in the front,
the original path that used to be in front of the bars still remains,
the space in between both paths is now where all the sunbeds and chairs are

my drawing was made in like April before they had even started knocking the buildings down,
drew it after chatting with my friend who owns Martinis as he was explaining to me what was going to be happening

this is the building in the photo, as you can see the building has no signboard to say what the name of the building and the building itself is not in the pearl city compound

Thanks for clarifying that Jamie.

So theres a path between the bars and sunbeds/chairs; and another path between the sunbed/chairs and the beach ?

Am i now on the right 'track'?? :D

Is this current photo? According to their Facebook, piling work was finished already in June/July. Actual construction work supposed to start end of this month. I saw lot of trucks coming in/out spring time also.

But thanks for the pics! Interesting to see those.
