Not all Cambodian drivers are bad, there are people who drive properly and obey the traffic law as well.

Alternatively, you could just treat the neighbours to dose of their own medicine. Park sideways across their entrance, and have a clothes rack in front of your place.

The neighbour is the landlords nephew, so it might come to that.
