I just wrote a LONG, heart-wrenching and sincere post to Duncan's
"If you're happy and u know it clap your hands" thread
and pressed submit and got an ERROR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Fix this please.

Something else that worked for me that you could try when you get a time-out error message is to hit the back button straight away. This sent me back to the original post-a-message page with no problem - surprisingly the message was still there. If you can do that then you're laughing. Copy it, then open a new page - paste and send.
It's strange because it's absolutely fine for me now, but used to be really shitty so I feel for you peoples. Frustrating.

Or, if it doesn't time-out before you hit the button, what about if you just take a copy before you press submit ? Do it every time just in case. And no need to paste it elsewhere.

yeah i always copy it now, it happened to me on Duncans if your happy and know it page, spent ages doing it, i even copied and pasted it, but i was so frustrated when it timed out (i could have just pasted it into a new message) but then decided i was at that point in time no longer happy, ill do it another day, im actually in a really good mood today so might do it later

I feel stupid I didn't try that and man was that frustrating.

What's going on with the triple/quadruple posts on the "Meet the new US Ambas..." thread
