Scamming Russians Running Around Phnom Penh

From the Cambodia Scammers Facebook Page:

"A WARNING TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS IN PHNOM PENH.

Just had some Russian guys come in my mates bar offering samples of the pictured item. I said the owner wasnt here so leave a business card. Instead they came back with an invoice for $20 and said hold onto this. I told them no its an invoice go away. Another friend present said they had the same guys come left the invoice (for no product and they taste like shit anyway) then came back when they were away and demanded the $20 off the staff. Dont ever accept the invoice...or indeed the terrible snacks."

at first i thought this said screaming russians running about in phnom penh..... oh how dissapointed i was to find out it was about some $20 olive/ham/bread/cake/bullshit

i saw these guys in shv doing the same but didn't notice if they left an invoice or not

gave free samples out and it tasted like shit

snooky bar has a big stock of these on the bar, with a laminated menu, 50c a pop

Apparently a firm "NO" did the trick.
