WTF is this about?

"Just to warn all and sundry, Don Oakes is trying to sell off machinery in Superbricks factory which is no longer the property of the company. It belongs to Hongleong Bank to whom Superbricks have defaulted on their loan repayments, anybody trying to purchase said equipment for e.g. Loader, Forklift, Kia truck, Pallet trucks etc.. can and will be prosecuted for receiving stolen property, this equipment no longer remains the property of Suerbricks. The staff remain unpaid, while blocks have been sold off by Oakes in a fire sale, even now he is trying to take blocks out to flog on to an unnamed company. Months ago I warned people how evil this piece of human excrement this guy Don Oakes is. But Donny Boy the boys, the boys are coming, from glen to glen and down the mountainside, tis you tis you they want to see suffering and not the poor people of Kampong Speu. TBC"

Feels like score settling to me. Why's he so bothered about a bank's property? Unless it's his bank and it is run out of his bedroom?
