It seems that he is enjoying the life in Cambodia. Does anyone know how to involve Cambodian police to bring this guy to justice? I might be able to get some good evidence of his involvement with some of the latest investment scams.

Of course not you just call 911 and they will be right there grabbing your guy.

Once found you could make a donation to the tuk tuk retirement fund and they could assist you in convincing him about some errors of judgement he may have made in forecasting financial benefits through engaging his talents in representing various personally advantageous investments . If he , inadvertently , ended up in a medical facility and the competent authorities were notified they may assist in his accommodation or repatriation.=@

Police is still looking for this man... He scammed a lot of people through fake phone/online investments. Anybody has seen this crook lately?
