Riverside Gardener

I have often seen this old guy on riverside cutting the grass and cleaning around the trees . It's obviously not his job and probably does it cause he likes to do that sort of work. I always give him 5.000 r. which he graciously accepts.

May I suggest if you see him, a few Riel would show that doing voluntary work can be rewarding in more ways than one.

Working with a knife, he looks incompetent to me. Only give him 2500.
