Not long ago an expat woman posted on Kampot noticeboard about having her handbag snatched while riding her bike on a quiet street late at night...for the second time.
When a couple posters tried offering sensible advice on how to avoid having this happen to her again, they were accused of being sexist victim blamers...and then of course, in true Kampot Noticeboard fashion, the posts offering sensible advice were deleted by admins.
Trying to protect the reputation of kampot perhaps?
