Reddit- /r/cambodia

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Reddit- /r/cambodia

So Reddit, a popular internet information sharing site has a sub-reddit for Cambodia. I look at it every now and then and I try to contribute and answer newb's questions, mainly about holidays to Cambodia.

I think it would be cool if some CEO members could get this pretty quiet sub-reddit a little more lively and at the same time you could direct folks over here to CEO.

I have already linked to CEO on replies over there. One guy wanted housing advice so I linked Vlad's sticky post about finding a house.

What do you all think?

Oh good, as if 2 or 3 forums wasn't enough dilution of the limited quantity of content/information generation resources (ie: people), now we have a reddit. Whatever the fuck that is. What next, a tumblr or twatter?

Maybe someone can start a Usenet newsgroup about Cambodia for you, or transfer all the threads you miss over to microfilm, LoL. :thumb:
