Province or city for month of May?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Came into my room just a few minutes ago and it stinks to high heaven! It smells like sewage. Guess this is a big negative for NICE Guesthouse.

Went to dinner tonight without the camera since I'm a bit tired of lugging it around all day. It was delicious again, same dinner place. Today the daughter was just staring me down with no mercy, all smiles. I almost choked. I just can't figure it out though. She goes by this group of guys that I assume are her friends and then just stares at me smiling for like five minutes straight. The guys are all staring and giggling like girls, her mom, aunt... I feel so awkward. I'm used to girls only doing that when no-one is looking to give me subtle hints. But I not am sure about this, I don't know if she has a bf or husband. So confusing.

pour bleach in the drains and put one of those toilet plungers over it when not in use.
a lot of the plumbing has no j trap here so gases rise from the shower and floor drains

Good advice,, even a bucket or a wet towel will do the trick, especially at night time.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

And why does the laundry figure so largely in this narrative ?

Update please, khmermutt, don't keep us dangling. Did you manage to dazzle that giggling girl with your fluent Khmer ?
Did you get your laundry done ? Are you now engaged to be married, the proud father of a family of five ?
