Province or city for month of May?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. Here's lunch at a different place this time. Was ok but this place I normally go to is only open at night. So, I'll have to go there tonight.

The coin laundry takes their own coins. You put in a dollar and you receive a coin. Three coins for a wash which includes detergent and one coin for a period of 10 min. in the dryer.

But there's this other I have been reading about called Modern Laundry in which they wash, dry, AND iron for about $5 a kilo, that sounds ok to me.

yes, but how many private issue coins you pay for a pineapple?
I find it quite amazing that Khmer would allow you to use their machines by self even with the intervention of a token system.

Just give your laundry to the guesthouse and it should be washed, dried and ironed for $1 a kilo. You seem a little obsessed with laundry btw; that's really one thing that you shouldn't have to think about in Cambodia.

Now, more importantly...what is going on under the table at the top (or the bottom) of this photo ?

I asked at the front desk and they charge per item not by the load. More expensive than doing it outside actually. But I did just find a Modern Laundry right next door to me almost. 4 kilos for 8000 riel and 5 kilos for 9000. I think this is more what you were referring to. I'll drop by in the morning.

About the funny business in the pic, the girl on the left has a cute face with a tub. The left one was her gf, I think.
