This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. i feel we are being coralled in some way to beleive that Harry is the last colonial food out post!!, if it comes down to that then oh hail Harries, but pls dont forget the liitle old lady selling bai sarch chru. like Amazon !!!, all exposure is good yeah !!

I wondered so many times why italian food tends to be soooo expensive in Cambodia. 10.50 for a simple pasta dish...WOW.

VERY simple pasta dish..you seem to have no clue about italian kitchen. Cook the pasta to 75%, make a sugo pomodoro with sausage. Pour them into a flat bowl, mix, cheese on top..into the oven for 10 min. Ready to serve.

I was gonna chime in but you've dealt with it far better than I could.

What I will say is that if Larry himself is behind the pans on this one, you can be sure it is made with care and attention. Occasionally he does a beef stroganoff which is superb and a duck liver pate which is equally as good.
