Please don't feed the spammers...

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I know it's sometimes amusing to reply to their threads/mock them/etc. But really it just makes my job harder with more to clean up when you do. So do me a favor and just report them/ignore them, without replies.

OD, why do you even bother to post spam. A clear cut example was that silly thread about passports, original and otherwise. They post on every travel forum and get deep-sixed as soon as their post is brought to the attention of the mods or admins. You don't nix it the folks just kicks it.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

I don't think OD posts spam. The spammers do.

The passport thread was 'reported' by me, and deleted by the General shortly thereafter.

Feel free to report spam and help keep the forum clean.

OK, my fucking mea culpa. Why was it allowed to be posted in the first place?
No good spam filters on this forum? Also, if I remember correctly The General also posted before it was removed. Doubtlessly, OD gave him a stern lecture too.

Had I seen it, I would have... lol. Though if he's the one cleaning it up, his problem. As for why... because every time you build a better mousetrap, they build a better mouse. And the more complex you make it, the harder it is for real people to use it.

It's actually a sort of good sign, it means we're important enough for them to care.
