Here is the last news of Toby on CEO : It seems that after being convicted of minor fraud offenses and sentenced to jail in Cambodia in September 2018, Toby Nelhams quietly disappeared shortly afterwards. It is widely presumed that he paid for his release.
The Thai police have never sought Nelham's extradition to face murder charges for the death of Tony Kenway in Thailand. The two presumed hit-men, after being traced to Cambodia, have also disappeared.

Reading the Drummond article I realise I met Barry John Wilson the last time I was in Phnom Penh a few years ago. I was introduced to him at a bar party by a perfectly respectable Pattaya friend who had relocated to PP, pretty sure Jah Steu was there. He was a Real Estate agent and he did come across a bit as a dodgy wide boy, I think my friend described him as a "character". I also went to his bar for lunch which I remember was the worst chilli con carne I'd ever had. :D
Yes sir, I can boogie, I can boogie, boogie, boogie all night long.

He’s the guy who owed half the country money for his Seaps enterprise but had his ass saved when big boss started laundering money.

Never respond to cold calls whether on the phone or at the door.

One of the articles says that the main area targets are the UK, Australia and NZ, but not the US. Why is this ?

I believe it has something to do with risk. Not really clear on this but vaguely remember being told, U.S. too hard...

My guess
If they're spruiking US listed stocks to US citizens, its a crime under US law, which could result in the Feds coming after them over here ?
So target Ozzies/Kiwis/Poms from outside of those countries with stocks that are not listed in those countries ?

Horrible business, but all they have to do is press those greed buttons......
