please read the first post on page one. we have recently cleaned out some trolls with permabans in an attempt to solve this problem.
if you want to fight- go elsewhere.
if you violently object to a topic or poster.
just ignore it or them.

Are the really permabans or Trapper permabans where they will be allowed back anytime they want as long as they change their username and act nice for their first few posts?

well, it is a bit hard for us to know immediately when someone uses a new account.
if they behave they won't get banned in most cases.
