This guy has just been deported from Thailand after being deported from Indonesia before that. As the authorities in Australia and New Zealand seem disinterested or powerless to keep him at home and judging by the way the article is written it wouldn't surprise me if he next turns up in Cambodia again looking for a job as a teacher.

Paedophile deported from Thailand

Peter Dundas Walbran was jailed in Indonesia in 2012 for two years, for the rape and molestation of Indonesian boys as young as eight, over a nine year period.
Walbran posed a real danger to children and his passport needed to be confiscated, he said
"He continually goes to south east Asia. He has now been blacklisted in Indonesia and now he has been blacklisted in Thailand.
Because Walbran is not covered by the newly-passed Returning Offenders Act, he can choose whether to engage with police..

It would be safe to presume the AFP have put out a travel alert on this guy to all countries in the region. It will be up to them to allow or deny him entry.

Given the press coverage I doubt Cambodia will let him in (now).

For some reason, I thought this thread was going to be about Donald Trump.

I guess he could still turn up in Cambodia for a top-level meeting after he becomes POTUS.

Has Cambodia ever refused entry to any Westerner who arrived at a Cambodian border or airport?
