On my last two or even three trips through Phnom Penh, it was painfully obvious that Trashpats had somehow arrived at PP airport through dumb luck, did a perfectly timed face-plant before the immigration Wait Here line, slid on their own drool past the immigration officers and found themselves nose-first in last night's garbage remnants on St. 172. And on that day, another case of Chang stayed in a Pattaya cooler. Carry on . . .
