An Open Question To GM

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

but not even a priest is allowed to wear any symbol (cross) in public or so.

what you want as a religious christian in a muslim country anyway ?
yeah, convert and preach... come on...

if you want to become a christian in saudi, then move on.
it has never been different there, i think.

nobody has to convert, to work there, or to go on holiday, though.

i think its intolerant, to ask everyone else, to be same tolerant as yourself.
So would not champion the superiority of western liberal democracies and their values?

church(es) have had so many murders in european history, so many saudi cant behead till the messias comes (alone 5 million women in the witchhunts).

i think, that religious-liberal approach is just a result of all the slaughter.
perhaps, countries have to go through something like that?

sure, its good to be liberal to some extend, but being religiously overly liberal, is imo not necessary. perhaps, because i dont mind about that so much.
as long as nobody is persecuted for being christian or killed, then its ok.

conversion is in islam a no-go. its written.
openly displaying religious symbols, appears offensive.
being openly gay, has been offensive until recently in europe, too.

perhaps, none of our liberal achievements were easily obtained.
but perhaps, we expect others to just adopt everything we find good ?
thats not liberal, neither tolerant.

One of my Saudi friends ( a diplomat ) in england who lived down our street was taken very ill one day...
I recommended a doctor to him..
He explained to the doctor that he could not concentrate or sleep at night...
The doctor advised him to take bag and fill it with camel dung , garlic, goat fat, human sweat, sand ,dust, and onions...
and to inhale 3 times a day for a week...
He was so happy after two days ,he so much better and thanked me for the recommendation...
he went back and asked the doctor what was wrong with him...
QUESTION:
WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM?
will post the answer in the morning...

Where do you find camel dung in England ? Can you import it ? Is it legal to sniff/smoke camel dung in the UK ? Could this be a potiential new business for Gen M ?
So many questions :?

Hey, do you know why do they call the Camel the ship of the desert?

Because it's full of Arab semen…..
