I had to do a search to find out who they were. Silly me, They are the worlds leading Air Line.

I called the next day, less than 24 hours after they posted this promotion on their Facebook. The agent kid said "Promotion full, 34 dollars to Siem Reap, $19 back"

April 14th to 19th. I'm still going to look into a RT Bassaka flight for KNY
I'll give ya 500 Riel for it...
