Regarding the original post...a fine of a quarter to $2.50 is such a joke it should not even be on the books. It's like saying "go ahead and BLAST it, we ain't gonna ding ya anything real". Makes me imagine guys getting drunk as shit and laughing while they write up laws.

whats the fine .... $2.50, even the fine is a joke, they working on a 14 story hotel... whats 2.50$..... tuk tuk wont even take me 10meters for less then 2$.
