Actually, there is no word considered more offensive than c*nt that I'm aware of, but it's lost it's sting through over-use. These days people need to combine swear words into phrases to get the same impact. See here for a modern example. I suggest you don't use this one in the workplace.

You can use it in mixed company too. (Sorry about the innuendos - they just come with the subject. :shock: )
